Errica Moustaki is a UK and International Leadership Development Consultant and Executive Business Coach. She has substantial experience as a consultants’ trainer and coaching supervisor. She has over 20 year’s experience in this field which is underpinned by substantial academic and professional qualifications spanning in-depth psychology and psychotherapy through to organisational consulting and business coaching.
Errica assists her clients to align corporate and personal business aspirations, and realise their unique potential, by facilitating a better understanding of the sources and contexts of what may prevent them applying their strengths and talents effectively.
She coaches senior executives and board members in the UK and other countries on a broad spectrum of areas including: career transition and leadership development; role consultation; team building; managing organisational change; work relationships; and handling difficult employees.

- Coached an international business executive to reverse the process of redundancy and achieve promotion to a new position with greater responsibilities in the same company within a period of two months
- Coached a senior partner in one of the four big accountancy firms to redesign her work/life balance, achieve greater job satisfaction and increase her impact, which led to her firm developing new markets and business opportunities
- Individually coached several senior HR executives, in one of the four big accountancy firms, to release their potential, redefine their area of specialism and achieve promotion to director level within six months
- In a NHS hospital, she helped repair the broken down relationship between the psychology department and the Hospital’s CEO by coaching the psychologist team and CEO in parallel
- Coached a senior executive in a large financial services organisation to understand that his personal issue of debilitating work stress was an indication of wider organisational difficulties. This led him to re-position himself and successfully present the wider issue to the CEO, and to initiate and facilitate the necessary organisational change
Business Background
Errica has over 20 years experience after her postgraduate specialist training at the Tavistock Centre where she later became head of the Tavistock Career and Educational Consultation service. She designed and launched its coaching service in 1998. She is a visiting tutor and supervisor at the Tavistock Centre and lectures in the MA course ‘Consultation and the Organisation’. She also provides bespoke training workshops for senior OD consultants and management executives, and is a staff member for international residential conferences on leadership development.

Other Information
Errica enjoys her family life and children and loves travelling. She finds great pleasure in the arts, the classes she attends in three dimensional design and sculpture, and reading – especially biographies, novels and popular science.
