Errica Moustaki
Overview
Errica is an experienced executive coach and organisational consultant. Her coaching is underpinned by a comprehensive academic background spanning clinical psychology through to adult psychotherapy. This is complemented by more than 20 years in leadership development working with senior executives and board members both in the UK and Internationally. Errica coaches executives on a broad spectrum of areas: leadership development and transition; team building; organisational change; emotional issues at work; and handling difficult employees.
She specialises in helping clients identify the often complex interrelationships between the various situational contexts they find themselves in – career, organisational, life, family and so on. Through raising awareness of the impact of these contexts, Errica enables her clients to better understand the aspects of their associated behaviours that serve and support them, as well as those that may be undermining or limiting their progress. This awareness paves the way for profound and meaningful change to take place, releasing her clients to fulfil more of their unique potential.
